"Initially, Erin was engaged to undertake an assessment of our organisational cultural safety (aligned to UNDRIP), with the goal of establishing a baseline to understand our current maturity and build a roadmap for realistic and sustainable improvements in alignment with our commitment to reconciliation.

Given the depth of the review and recommendations, the entire process was surprisingly quick, incredibly efficient, and handled with great compassion. Erin not only helped us identify the areas where change was most needed but also provided much-needed reassurance and identified our strengths to leverage to create meaningful change. Her broad expertise and experience working with large infrastructure-based organisations has been invaluable.
